Crestwood Environmental Ltd were short listed for the final of the Lord Stafford Awards which aim to reward and showcase the best in collaboration and innovation between businesses and universities.

Crestwood were shortlisted for the 'Innovation in Development' award which is given to a business which demonstrates the greatest potential for a product or service it is developing in association with a University. Crestwood are working in collaboration with the University of Wolverhampton as part of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) for the research and development of biomonitoring services and to help assess the health impact of bioaerosols on the organics waste treatment industry.

The Lord Stafford Awards were initially introduced in 1997 within the West Midlands and later expanded to include the East Midlands and the East of England.
